Dr. Brett Levine is an experienced, highly skilled ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgeon with a passion for providing quality surgical care using the most up-to-date information to ensure the best outcomes for every patient. Board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, his work at Beach Cities ENTS includes minimally invasive nasal and sinus surgeries for children and adults in the Torrance, CA area. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, allowing him to better serve our international patients.
Dr. Levine has decades of experience in treating patients with conditions such as chronic sinus infections and problems, nasal congestion, nasal polyps, chronic ear infections, neck masses, sinus problems, vertigo, and deviated septum. He offers state-of-the-art procedures and advanced techniques in sinus and nasal surgery, including balloon sinuplasty, eustachian tube balloonplasty, and nasal valve implants.
Dr. Levine began his formal education at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. For his medical education, he studied at Keck School of Medicine of USC as part of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society.
He completed residencies in surgery and otorhinolaryngology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, studying under the direction of David Kennedy, M.D., an internationally recognized leader in endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery. He also completed a fellowship in plastic facial surgery under the direction of Walter Berman, M.D., of Beverly Hills, CA.
Aside from working as an ENT surgeon, Dr. Levine has also co-authored a book called "How to Join, Buy, or Merge a Physician's Practice." He supports local and national charities, including Comedy Cures, the Lynn Cohen Foundation, and 1 Life Fully Lived.
Dr. Levine, his wife, son, and twin daughters love to learn, play, laugh, and grow together. He enjoys music, traveling, writing, spinning, tennis, piano, and philosophy.
Office staff are great and Dr. Levine was very attentive and thorough.
Dr. Levine was really good. I was referred to him by my brother-in-law, and he has helped me immensely. My symptoms were an uncomfortable throat and a constant runny nose. He was able to identify the potential cause, which was coming from a recent cold and acid reflux. He suggested and nose and sinus cleaner and prescribed a medication for my stomach and provided a natural medication that both seem to be working. He also provided some material to read regarding diet and other steps to that are helpful.The front desk and staff were great as well. They are friendly and were able to schedule me in quickly.I recommend Dr. Levine and Beach Cities ENTS as they are very thorough in identifying the cause of each issue.
From the telephone service to schedule the appointment I had an excellent experience, I took the audiometry exam at the scheduled time, the Audiologist Dr Kaylee and the assistant were super friendly and very attentive, I went to the consultation with Dr. Levine also super attentive ,who explained with details my problem.Thank you so much for the whole team !

Dr. Levine was great. My Son had surgery and he made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He even called on a Sunday to see how he was doing. He was professional, caring, and took the time to answer all of our questions. I am in healthcare and am really particular.
