Brett Levine, MD, is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology as an ear, nose, and throat specialist (ENT) with expertise in minimally invasive nasal and sinus surgeries. Dr. Levine is an integral part of the team at Beach Cities ENTS in Torrance, California, where he offers advanced surgical treatments to men, women, and children.

Dr. Levine began his formal education at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology, magna cum laude. For his medical education, he studied at Keck School of Medicine of USC, as part of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. 

He completed residencies in surgery and otorhinolaryngology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, studying under the direction of David Kennedy, MD, an internationally recognized leader in endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery. He also completed a fellowship in plastic facial surgery, under the direction of Walter Berman, MD, of Beverly Hills, California. 

Dr. Levine has decades of experience in treating patients with conditions such as chronic sinus infections and problems, nasal congestion, nasal polyps, chronic ear infections, nasal polyps, neck masses, sinus problems, vertigo, and deviated septum. He offers state-of-the-art procedures and advanced techniques in sinus and nasal surgery, including balloon sinuplasty, eustachian tube balloon plasty, and nasal valve implants.

Aside from working as an ENT surgeon, Dr. Levine also has co-authored a book called “How to Join, Buy, or Merge a Physician’s Practice.” He supports local and national charities, including Comedy Cures, the Lynn Cohen Foundation, and 1 Life Fully Lived. Dr. Levine, his wife, son, and twin daughters love to learn, play, laugh, and grow together. He enjoys music, traveling, writing, spinning, tennis, piano, and philosophy.

Dr. Levine is an experienced, highly-skilled ENT surgeon with a passion for providing quality surgical care using the most up-to-date information to ensure the best outcomes for every patient. He is trilingual, speaking Spanish, English, and French. He welcomes residents of the South Bay and the surrounding areas to Beach Cities ENTS.
