Extremely pleased with Dr.Rafii and his team.
Went to see Dr Rafii re hoarseness. He gave me a great exam and i could view the vocal cord and throat on video. As always, a very good example, Dr Rafii is excellent and very nice Dr and staff. He takes time to discuss the issues, and voice therapy benefits. 👍
Lots of confidence in Dr. Rafii. He explains things clearly, offers alternatives, and looks at the whole picture. Thank you Dr. Rafii!
We were beautifully taken care of from the moment we walked in to the office! The young assistant at the front desk asked me my date of birth and in a moment had all my patient information even though I did not have an appointment!Moments later the NP called us inside gathered more important information and made us feel comfortable! When Dr Rafii called us to another examination room, he made us feel at ease while asking about my throat problem. He explained about what causes could be involved in a caring manner. He even answered my wife's questions about "What it's" very patiently! All our questions were answered with knowledge and tact! We thank the Dr and staff for making us welcome and we left with an ease of heart!
Dr. Rafii is an excellent doctor, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. His expertise and thoroughness literally saved my life by finding a brain tumor that could then be treated. In the latest follow-up appointment, he again gave me a clear understanding of my status and future possibilities. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT doctor.
