The young assistant at the front desk asked me my date of birth and in a moment had all my patient information even though I did not have an appointment!Moments later the NP called us inside gathered more important information and made us feel comfortable! "Dr. Rafii had an emergency so appt was delayed for 15 minutes. I was brought into an exam room where the medical assistance was very professional. Both the front desk rep and the med asst. apologized for the appt. delay.I then met with Dr. Sami (PA) who was great! He patiently listened to my concerns and responded with pro-active comments. The exam was thorough (ENT) and gave me a maintenance instructions and will have a follow up in 3 weeks to see if my concerns have improved or need to go forward. I even requested an earlier appointment as my condtion deteriorated and they were able to squeeze me in earlier. I went to the laryngologist specialist, Dr. Rafii, and he was able to tell me freakin everything after one look of my vocal cords. I've been left in uncertainty for 5 years through the hospital I was going to before and then I went to this private specialist and he was able to tell me everything right away and I had surgery 2 months later. "In 2019 Dr. Levine removed my tonsils after it was found that I had cryptic tonsils and was constantly getting sick. Everyone in the office was kind and they were always running on time. My procedure went without a hitch and I have been living my best tonsil-free life since then.In April of 2022 I got a piece of pizza crust stuck in my throat. After trying all of the at home methods, I made an appointment with South Bay ENTS to have it removed. It ended up passing on its own (5 days later), but I kept the appointment with Dr. Rafii to ensure that everything looked okay in my throat. Once again, the staff was so warm and sweet. After using a numbing spray, Dr. Rafii put a scope down my nose, into my throat and even let me record it! I also asked him to check my ears and he did so without hesitation.I highly recommend both of these doctors and can attest that their bedside manner is incredible and professional."

"Knowing great Ear, Nose & Throat doctors like Dr. Ben Rafii to keep my singers and myself healthy is extremely important to a voice teacher. Although I knew Dr. Rafii professionally through Voice Foundation, and I had several students visit his office, I didn’t have the pleasure until lately due to allergies. I liked the pertinent questions he asked and I felt free to state the current problems which resulted in an excellent and easy health conversation. I learned about two OTC products I had not known about previously as he efficiently probed the ENT portions and effortlessly strobed my vocal folds. I found him friendly, direct and effective; he is a good listener and communicator which is refreshing. Dr. Rafii is a fine musician, a pianist, as well as an expert in his field, and has an appreciation of and love of the arts, including singing! "Dr. Rafii and his team (especially Andrea) are amazing. Ever since I started seeing him about two years ago when I had an issue with my tongue they have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. For the past 18 months I've been having on again/off again sinus headaches and earlier in the month I had a sinuplasty. Prior to the procedure they explained what would happen, the potential side affects and the results of a positive outcome - which I have had. Dr. Raffi called a few days after the procedure for a wellness check - I had an in office visit yesterday and will have a final follow up visit at the end of the month.
