"Knowing great Ear, Nose & Throat doctors like Dr. Ben Rafii to keep my singers and myself healthy is extremely important to a voice teacher. Although I knew Dr. Rafii professionally through Voice Foundation, and I had several students visit his office, I didn’t have the pleasure until lately due to allergies. I liked the pertinent questions he asked and I felt free to state the current problems which resulted in an excellent and easy health conversation. I learned about two OTC products I had not known about previously as he efficiently probed the ENT portions and effortlessly strobed my vocal folds. I found him friendly, direct and effective; he is a good listener and communicator which is refreshing. Dr. Rafii is a fine musician, a pianist, as well as an expert in his field, and has an appreciation of and love of the arts, including singing! His office staff is helpful in sending the digital Patient Form previous to the appointment and friendly when you’re there. I recommend Dr. Rafii and his office highly."

All the suggestions and recommendations he gave me helped me by the second day. I am NOT an easy patient due to chronic allergies.I am always hesitant to go to any doctor that my insurance recommends since I have an HMO plan. However, this office is definitely a 5 star office!"
