"All the physicians and staff are all very kind and helpful. Dr. Eivas is seeing my nine-year-old daughter, and explains things to her in ways that keep her calm and that she understands. He is also very thorough. She has some sudden and inexplicable hearing loss. He immediately assessed her hearing at baseline, then at subsequent appointments. He also checked for infection, fluid in her ears, genetic markers, and ordered a brain MRI. I am thankful for his quick action and empathetic spirit."
