"Quick and efficient. Aides were very personable. ENT lso was personable and concerned andmade good observations. He gave me a perscription for my sinuses but to clear bit with my oncologist before taking it.Most recent visit, Dr. Rafi was concerned about leukoplakia on my vocal cords causing coughing and hoarse voice and said need to schedule surgery within 5 weeks. EWithin a day thoer scheduler scheduled surgery and sent notifications to get clearence to two of my doctors. Everything was fast, effiecient, and easy to comprehend."

"Dr. Levine was really good. I was referred to him by my brother-in-law, and he has helped me immensely. My symptoms were an uncomfortable throat and a constant runny nose. He was able to identify the potential cause, which was coming from a recent cold and acid reflux. He suggested and nose and sinus cleaner and prescribed a medication for my stomach and provided a natural medication that both seem to be working. He also provided some material to read regarding diet and other steps to that are helpful.The front desk and staff were great as well. They are friendly and were able to schedule me in quickly.I recommend Dr. Levine and Beach Cities ENTS as they are very thorough in identifying the cause of each issue."

"After an extensive search to find an ENT doctor that foremost would connect, be personable, and make my daughter feel comfortable, I made her an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Rose Eapen of Beach Cities ENTS.Yesterday was our first appointment at the Torrance Office and we arrived at the scheduled time. All of our new patient intake forms were completed online beforehand as well as a picture of our health insurance card which was convenient. I signed my daughter in at the reception window and we waited patiently to be called in. There was a little wait beyond our appointment time but our experience was well worth the delay.We were greeted by Dr. Eapen’s assistant who took some physical statistics prior to escorting us to the examination room. Upon being seated, we discussed the reasons for our visit and reviewed all of the info on the intake forms to check accuracy and provide more details of health history that would be pertinent to Dr. Eapen. Waiting for our introduction to Dr. Eapen, we felt a small bit of apprehension as we had never met before and as a parent I was hoping I made a good choice of who would provide care for my daughter. Dr. Eapen entered, flashed a smile, gave us a friendly greeting, and made us instantly feel comfortable with her demeanor. After discussing what brought us together on this day, Dr. Eapen began her examination all the while keeping us engaged in the process. At one point, Dr. Eapen needed her assistant to help with a nasal scope. The assistant brought a scope into the room which led to a friendly banter between the two about whose scope was already in the exam room and the one brought in. This led to laughs and presented a fun side to the team that was giving us care. Dr. Eapen continued her examination and keep us involved all along the way. Her expertise and experience was displayed in her actions, conversation, observations, advice, answering our questions, and overall chair side manner with my daughter and I. We felt deeply cared for and a genuine passion to help my daughter in addition to giving me assurance as a father. Dr. Eapen made arrangements for some tests and a CT scan for further evaluation prior to our next visit.If you can’t tell from my words, we are extremely happy with our choice of Dr. Rose Eapen and look forward to what’s ahead beyond just our first impressions and visit yesterday."

"I just received the authorization the day before and I called them to make an appt. I thought it would take at least a month to get in like it always does with Optum Doctors. But they actually got me in the same day I called. I was about 10 minutes late so I figured I would have to wait to be seen but they actually called me within 5 minutes of sitting down. I forgot Dr. Levines assts name, it started with a B I am almost sure of and she helped me Fi out the forms I started in the waiting room, and the Dr. Came in within 2 minutes of her stepping out. He introduced himself, talked to me about the issues I was having with my nose for many years, and he prescribed me antibiotics along with a saline prescription and another spray for my nose to use and made me an appt to come back in 6 weeks. He also printed out step by step instructions on how and when to use the medications correctly.Very polite office staff and a really clean office. Very professional. Makes you feel right at home. If the medication works the first time with his diagnosis, he will be the 1st Doctor to get it right after all these years. The Optum Doctors that I had seen in the past for the same problem kept prescribing me Flonaise and Benadryl over and over again even when I told them it wasn’t working. I would recommend Beach Cities ENT DOCTORS TO ANYONE NEEDING A SPECIALIST IN ANY OF THESE AREAS. 10 out of 10 STARS."
