"8/19/2015I didn't have to wait long as I was called into the office soon after I checked in with the receptionist. The nurse asked me appropriate questions and was very thorough. It put me at ease.Dr. Eivaz was friendly, respectful, and very thorough. His hands felt light when he placed the scope into my nostrils as he examined me. His instructions were also very clear. Appreciate very much his diagnosis and prescribed treatment.Nurse Gina did my allergy test. Thankful for her warning me how painful applying the test on my arms was going to be. It was apparent that she's done it multiple times and she exhibited good knowledge of the results. I appreciate very much the candid conversation while waiting for me to show my reaction to the allergens.On the whole my experience at the office was very relaxed and satisfying. "I call Dr Brett Levine “the divine Levine” and mean no disrespect in doing so. He has been my ENT Dr for many years. He is professional and no nonsense when it comes to diagnosis and treatment, but also genuine and caring with a good sense of humor. I also like that he gives you a printed sheet with instructions on what to do AND he expects you to do it! Carole StonichFast forward two years and I've been seeing Dr Sami. One of the things I like about his approach is that he listens to the issues as I state them, translates them into Doc speak and comes up with names for my issues and multiple approaches he thinks will help. The best part of the suggestions is that he is great for suggesting natural/homeopathic options that he has learned about. AND has those in stock or down below in the little pharmacy so you can pick them up when you feel crummy and don't have to stand in line at the pharmacy. "Dr. Rafii had an emergency so appt was delayed for 15 minutes. I was brought into an exam room where the medical assistance was very professional. Both the front desk rep and the med asst. apologized for the appt. delay.I then met with Dr. Sami (PA) who was great! He patiently listened to my concerns and responded with pro-active comments. The exam was thorough (ENT) and gave me a maintenance instructions and will have a follow up in 3 weeks to see if my concerns have improved or need to go forward. He did my hearing evaluation. I really liked his approach, he was pleasant and professional. The last person to help was Dr. Sami. He has the most amazing wise and kind eyes.
