"Dr. Levine was really good. I was referred to him by my brother-in-law, and he has helped me immensely. My symptoms were an uncomfortable throat and a constant runny nose. He was able to identify the potential cause, which was coming from a recent cold and acid reflux. He suggested and nose and sinus cleaner and prescribed a medication for my stomach and provided a natural medication that both seem to be working. He also provided some material to read regarding diet and other steps to that are helpful.The front desk and staff were great as well. They are friendly and were able to schedule me in quickly.I recommend Dr. Levine and Beach Cities ENTS as they are very thorough in identifying the cause of each issue."

He is professional and no nonsense when it comes to diagnosis and treatment, but also genuine and caring with a good sense of humor. One of the things I like about his approach is that he listens to the issues as I state them, translates them into Doc speak and comes up with names for my issues and multiple approaches he thinks will help. The best part of the suggestions is that he is great for suggesting natural/homeopathic options that he has learned about. AND has those in stock or down below in the little pharmacy so you can pick them up when you feel crummy and don't have to stand in line at the pharmacy. "Dr. Brett Levine is my Hero. During an office visit for profuse bloody nose bleeds, my wife became unresponsive, and Dr. Levine took immediate action and was able to revive her. He called for the paramedics to take her to ER. Dr. Levine seen her in the Hospital and called regularly to see how she was doing. He took out alot of gunk in my friend's left ear with a tool and a scope deep within his ear canal who has had a mastoidectomy so it causes a big pocket for gunk to collect. He then sprayed antibacterial powder into the ear canal to protect it and is sending him to get a custom fitted ear plug to use during showers. He is very thoughtful and thorough! I soils highly recommend him! 5stars"

"I can't say enough incredible things about the experience, the medical care and the overall support from Dr. Levine & the Beach Cities ENT office.- I have had a lingering sinus issue for going on 3 months. Sneezing, congestion, coughing and was never able to eliminate it. Dr Levine immediately diagnosed my issue and gave me two different treatment options. I chose the more involved treatment plan, but was happy to get not only a printed document with clear instructions of after care, BUT a link to a page with several videos explaining exactly how to apply the medications. These videos were so helpful because i forgot almost everything i was told by the time i got to my car. The staff was excellent, booked me immediately and got me in ASAP. I wish all my doctors were like this office. I wish i could give more than 5 stars!!"
"I don't go to the doctor very often but when I have anything related to ENT I request a referral to see Dr Levine at Beach Cities ENT. For years, I had migraines and my primary doctor and neurologist did not detect the problem found by Dr Levine. I had had a sinus infection and after prescribed antibiotics, my migraine headaches disappeared. Most recently, I saw Dr Levine for vertigo. I was most impressed how efficient the office staff managed appointments and responses via text messaging. Dr Levine took the time to explain why I may have vertigo and the treatment for it. He seems to be a very compassionate person and to care about his patients. He said he was referring me for further treatment and a follow-up appointment in a month, to make sure that I'm happy with the care I've received. There is no doubt in my mind he and the ENT staff deserve a five star review."

"In 2019 Dr. Levine removed my tonsils after it was found that I had cryptic tonsils and was constantly getting sick. Everyone in the office was kind and they were always running on time. My procedure went without a hitch and I have been living my best tonsil-free life since then.In April of 2022 I got a piece of pizza crust stuck in my throat. After trying all of the at home methods, I made an appointment with South Bay ENTS to have it removed. It ended up passing on its own (5 days later), but I kept the appointment with Dr. Rafii to ensure that everything looked okay in my throat. Once again, the staff was so warm and sweet. After using a numbing spray, Dr. Rafii put a scope down my nose, into my throat and even let me record it! I also asked him to check my ears and he did so without hesitation.I highly recommend both of these doctors and can attest that their bedside manner is incredible and professional."

"Let's start with arrival, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. The nurse who brought me back was lovely. I think her name was Blanca, she was funny, interested and welcoming. When Dr. Levine came in his demeanor mirrored that of everyone else in the office. Professional with a bedside manner that made me feel at ease. He was in no rush and listened well, explained his findings and had a hearing test performed. The doctor who did the hearing test, I don't recall his name was of the same mind as everyone else in Beach Cities ENTS, accommodating and involved. Dr. Levine came back in and went over the test results. He gave me some exercises to do at home but told me if something was not working, then I should call him. I have a follow up in a month. Honestly, if you are lucky enough to see this doctor in this group, consider yourself blessed!"
"This was my first time back to South Bay ENTS in a few years. COVID protocols are in place — everyone masked as we have come to expect. The staff was warm and professional, getting me checked in and had me update my patient records. Once checked in, it was only a few minutes wait tone taken back to the exam room. The nurse practitioner updated my record, documenting my reasons for coming in that day. Dr. Levine followed immediately afterwards, conducting an exam of my ears (this visit’s purpose), advised me of my condition and reviewed follow-up care protocols.I knew I was in good hands. "Dr. Brett Levine is such a great doctor.After some different treatments, it was determined that I needed a septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, as well as have a legion removed from the base of my tongue.I had them done all at once. I healed so quickly and feel better than I ever have in my life. I highly recommend you give him a try. I will be with him as long as he is practicing and close enough to drive to.The ONE thing I would say could be improved is the front office, but it's not even enough to dock him a star. They have been confused about co-pays, given me wrong information, and even wrong appointment times compared to what they had down. This isn't every visit, and we are talking about many over the course of a couple years. If you can be patient with them, Dr. Levine is absolutely worth it.He deserves your trust and why not give him a try?"
