"Dr Nathan Eivaz is such a great person, he tells me everything he is going to do before hand so I know what to expect from pain to discomfort to even the popping of my nose when he did surgery. The nursing staff and the front desk smile a show great compassion to me. There was only one time I was confused when I checked out I didn’t know what to do but I asked the front desk and they said that they would call me when the ct scan was setup. "8/19/2015I didn't have to wait long as I was called into the office soon after I checked in with the receptionist. The nurse asked me appropriate questions and was very thorough. It put me at ease.Dr. Eivaz was friendly, respectful, and very thorough. His hands felt light when he placed the scope into my nostrils as he examined me. His instructions were also very clear. Appreciate very much his diagnosis and prescribed treatment.Nurse Gina did my allergy test. Thankful for her warning me how painful applying the test on my arms was going to be. It was apparent that she's done it multiple times and she exhibited good knowledge of the results. I appreciate very much the candid conversation while waiting for me to show my reaction to the allergens.On the whole my experience at the office was very relaxed and satisfying. "Yesterday I had an appointment at Beach Cities ENT with Dr. Eivaz. I had burnt my tongue on some soup and wanted to get it looked at. Although I was initially disappointed I couldn’t speak with someone to schedule an appointment I used their on-line chat feature and was able to get in on the same day. INCREDIBLE! The office is clean and the staff was highly efficient. The paperwork was less than most offices because I was able to text them much of what they required. Dr. Eivaz was personable and professional and carefully examined my tongue. He then clearly communicated his findings and provided me with clear instructions on what to do and not do. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Beach Cities ENT. Thank you Dr. Eivaz and staff!!"
"I took my my son to the ER because he was bleeding from his left ear due to a perforated eardrum. I really need to see an ENT specialist as soon as possible after the ER visit. My experience with scheduling appointments with specialists were that they would usually be at least two weeks out.Calling Beach Cities ENTS, they heard my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment first thing the next day. All new patient paperwork were done online prior to the visit.Now I can't guarantee that this is the norm for Beach Cities ENTS but I arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early the next morning. There was no paperwork to fill out and I barely sat down before we were called into the examination room.Then we barely sat down in the examination room when Doctor Eivaz came in. He was able to make the examination, prescribe the necessary eardrops, and also clean out the earwax from my son's other ear. He was also helpful in answering my questions and after I gave a review of the situation leading up to the visit, spoke to my 15-year old son directly.By the time the visit was over, it was just a few minutes after our actual scheduled appointment."

He expressed concern regarding the long-term outcome of a standard, lowly-invasive procedure and gave me a referral to a plastic surgeon for a procedure he opines would have a higher probability of success. "I took my elderly dad to his appt with his new ENT Dr. This was only his 2nd appt with Dr Nathan Eivaz. Dr Eivaz was gentle and thorough during the exam as he had to take a deep look into my dads nose, which is obviously uncomfortable. During this appt, my dad shared with Dr Eivaz that we recently lost my mom. Dr Eivaz is a young physician who seemed quick yet thorough during this appt. But after my dad shared the info about my mom Dr Eivaz stopped with his exam, listened to my dad and comforted while he was crying and kindly gave his condolences and offered some kind words. "I was very pleased to meet with Dr. Eivaz. He is a great listener and doesn’t make me, the patient, feel rushed like I have to hurry and answer him or he’s gonna fall behind there was no sense of that whatsoever.I was the most important person in the room even though that was not true.Anyway that’s the feeling that I had he listen to everything that I had to say medically even my struggle with my affliction what spinal nerve pain.I told Dr. Eivaz what I had to say about that because it was important that everyone knows about the cutting edge spine surgery using ultrasonic scalpels.Beyond that Dr. Eivaz is a wonderful doctor Dr. Eivaz prescribed me medicine that started to work immediately.I will see him in a month or sooner if my problems don’t clear up he told me who to call especially if I wanted some vent tubes installed to help me with my pain.Honestly I can’t say He will certainly solve your problem. "I was pleased to meet Dr Eivaz, he has a plan to help me breath better through my nose. I love that plan! He wasn't able to approve me for Inspire, but I was pleased with his knowledge and the evaluation that was given.I recently visited Dr. Eivaz to complete the plan and procedure. I was pleased with the efficiency and professionalism. The procedure was for Latera and Inferior Turbanate reduction. This was a short visit like going to the dentist, the time went by fast. I was excited to have the procedure, so that I could breath better. The procedure had many layers to the process, but I was comfortable with each step and Dr. Eivaz explained each one and kept me informed as to what was next. This includes the healing process too. It's explained and there are no surprises. There is some pressure pain, but I handled it fine. I'm recovering and I am stuffy and a bit tender where Latera is located, I was told to use antibiotics, ointment and sinus rinse to help the healing process. I will return in 2 weeks for follow-up and cleaning of residual crusting."
