Meghan
Practice Administrator

Meghan joined Beach Cities ENTS in February of 2022 as the Practice Administrator. As a visionary leader, Meghan has had continued success in healthcare by driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic collaborations. She is best known for creating an organizational culture that thrives on authenticity, kindness, vulnerability, and transparency. Prior to joining Beach Cities ENTS, Meghan resided in Chicago where she earned a Master in Business Administration.

Meghan’s educational background combined with her genuine passion for providing patients with outstanding concierge service, makes her an enthusiastic part of the BCENTS team.  She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. She is invested in connecting with patients.   


Kassy
Front Office Lead

Kassy enjoys working for the healthcare field because she is passionate about being able to make a difference in a patient’s life. She enjoys being able to learn new knowledge and grow in the medical practice. She enjoys working for Beach Cities ENTS because of the staff she works with. All working together to make sure they give their patients the best service. Some of her hobbies are working out, spending time with her family, boyfriend and friends, and being spontaneous going out trying new things. 


Maritza Back Office Lead

Maritza has been in the healthcare field for over 5 years and is passionate about providing patients with the best patient experience. She wants to continue to grow her skills and knowledge by being the connection between the patients and doctors. She loves to spend time with her family and sets the best example for her 3-year-old son. She wants to continue to make a difference in people's lives by being positive and happy everyday. 


Jane
Surgery Scheduler

Jane graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She then went on to receive a Designated Subjects Teaching Credential in Computer Applications, Business Management and Office Occupations. Her exposure to health care began at an early age from family and she knew that by joining the heath care field she could help improve and make a real difference in a person's quality of life, and in the lives of their families. Health care and business paralleled throughout her career and work experience orchestrating, overseeing, and/or supporting physicians, personnel, operations, and initiatives at practices, clinics, and departments to ensure the provision of world-class client care. Working with Beach Cities Ear, Nose, Throat gives Jane the opportunity to be an instrumental part of a great team that provides the highest level of ear, nose and throat care to patients in need and in contributing to a healthier world. Jane and her husband live in the South Bay area and together with their grown children love to travel internationally and domestically. Her hobbies include various activities in performing arts, martial arts, culinary arts, arts and crafts. Jane is quadrilingual and speaks English, Spanish, Tagalog and Ilocano.


Omar
Medical Assistant

Omar has always loved to help people since he was a kid. Omar used to volunteer in Green Peace in school. After he graduated high school, he decided that the best way to help people was to join the medical field. He enjoys the science in how the human body works. It is the best feeling in the world when you are taking care of a patient that is really sick and then they return saying how much better they feel. Joining BCENTS was the best decision, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Omar likes to think of himself as a very colorful person that likes to laugh. Omar is very family oriented and has many pets. He loves to express himself through arts and crafts.


Tyler
Medical Assistant

Tyler obtained his Bachelor of Science from University of California, San Diego. He has chosen to pursue a career in healthcare because he enjoys speaking with people and helping contribute to improving their overall health. Outside of work his hobbies include exercising at the gym, coaching basketball, going out to eat with friends, and playing with his dog Joey.


Joe
Medical Assistant

Joe graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelors in Microbiology. His aspiring goal is to become a doctor and join Doctors without Borders. During his free time, he likes to do yoga and read.


Blanca
Medical Assistant

Blanca has always wanted to be in the medical field. She has the passion for helping people and making them feel better. It makes her very happy when she knows the patient she has helped goes home with a smile on their face and feeling better than when (he, she) first came in.

Blanca chose BCENTS because she wanted to learn something different. She has worked everywhere from Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine and Allergy.

Ear, Nose and Throat was a practice that she has not worked before in her 20 plus years of experience.

She loves working with her amazing doctors and co-workers.

She is blessed to be able to help all of her patients.


Lauren
Medical Assistant

Lauren graduated from Baylor University in 2022 with a major in Anthropology and minor in Spanish. As an aspiring physician, she hopes to further her passion for being in service to the community and advocating for patients through her work at BCENTS. In her free time, she enjoys taking her dogs Charlie and Winnie on long walks and watching sports.


Breanna
Referral Coordinator

Breann has always had an interest in being in the medical field as she enjoys making a positive impact in their lives. Breanna completed her Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy program in May 2021 and started working at BCENTS shortly after. Outside of work, Breanna enjoys spending time with her daughter, visiting new cities, trying new restaurants, and hiking. 


Samantha
Concierge Service Representative

Samantha’s interest in the medical field began shortly after high school volunteering for the Red Cross blood drive, which inspired her to pursue a career in the medical field. She is currently attending LHC and soon will be transferring to CAL State LA to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Samantha enjoys working out and baking on her spare time! 


Taylor
Concierge Service Representative

Taylor graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. She has interned at a non-profit health organization which helped her develop skills in addressing health disparities and improve the health outcomes of her community through increasing access to health education and services. She plans on becoming a registered nurse. She enjoys swimming, going to the beach, and exploring new cultures through food or travel.


Krisleann Concierge Service Representative

Krisleann has always wanted to be a part of the medical field since she was very young. She was always interested in treating and caring for patients. Krisleann graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. Currently, she is applying to nursing schools as she aspires to be a registered nurse. Some of her hobbies include trying new foods, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.


Norma
Referral Coordinator  

Norma has been working in the medical field well over 20 + years. Her journey started when she was given the opportunity to work as clerk. She learned many skills in the process, from taking patient vital signs, to CPSP intake assessments, billing, front and back office, working in a hospital setting as a Registrar/ED (Admissions) and as a Referral Coordinator. 

Norma feels a sense of accomplishment every day after work. Her goal is to make it easier for the patients during the referral and scheduling process.  

Norma's favorite words to live by are: Smile and you will see how much of a difference it makes in other people's lives. Random Acts of Kindness should be the norm and it is what the world needs.
