Aubrey
Practice Administrator

Aubrey joined Beach Cities ENTS on March 10th 2025. She is a dedicated and results-driven practice administrator, she has 13+ years of experience in the healthcare field. Aubrey has a strong background in staff leadership and patient relations. Prior to joining Beach Cities ENTS Aubrey lived and worked in Berea, Kentucky where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Science, and an Associates in Psychology, and a Certified Medical Assistant certification. She is a dedicated and positive addition to the staff here at Beach Cities ENTS. She is dedicated to connecting with patients and growing the practice at Beach Cities ENTS.


Kassy
Front Office Lead

Kassy enjoys working for the healthcare field because she is passionate about being able to make a difference in a patient’s life. She enjoys being able to learn new knowledge and grow in the medical practice. She enjoys working for Beach Cities ENTS because of the staff she works with. All working together to make sure they give their patients the best service. Some of her hobbies are working out, spending time with her family, boyfriend and friends, and being spontaneous going out trying new things. 


Maritza Back Office Lead

Maritza has been in the healthcare field for over 5 years and is passionate about providing patients with the best patient experience. She wants to continue to grow her skills and knowledge by being the connection between the patients and doctors. She loves to spend time with her family and sets the best example for her 3-year-old son. She wants to continue to make a difference in people's lives by being positive and happy everyday. 


Taylor
Concierge Service Representative

Taylor graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education. She has interned at a non-profit health organization which helped her develop skills in addressing health disparities and improve the health outcomes of her community through increasing access to health education and services. She plans on becoming a registered nurse. She enjoys swimming, going to the beach, and exploring new cultures through food or travel.


Krisleann Concierge Service Representative

Krisleann has always wanted to be a part of the medical field since she was very young. She was always interested in treating and caring for patients. Krisleann graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. Currently, she is applying to nursing schools as she aspires to be a registered nurse. Some of her hobbies include trying new foods, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.


Sophia
Concierge Service Representative

From a young age, Sophia felt a calling to the medical field, inspired by a desire to make a genuine difference in people's lives. With years of hands-on experience in healthcare, she has witnessed the profound impact that compassion and care can have on patients and their families. Sophia's unwavering commitment and extensive experience reflect a deep passion for helping others. Eager to advance her knowledge, Sophia is committed to continuing her education and refining her skills further. Outside of work, Sophia finds joy in exploring new cuisines, hiking through natures beauty, and cherishing moments with loved ones, all of which enrich her journey in healthcare.


Justin
Concierge Service Representative

With a mother working in nursing and a father working in IT, Justin grew up with an interest in medicine and technology that soon grew into a passion for the medical field, its advancements, and its opportunities. In pursuit of a career in healthcare, Justin went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA and his Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Cal State University, Long Beach. He hopes to continue to learn and grow in the medical field. He also enjoys visiting amusement parks with friends and family as well as keeping up with pop culture.


Norma
Referral Coordinator  

Norma has been working in the medical field well over 20 + years. Her journey started when she was given the opportunity to work as clerk. She learned many skills in the process, from taking patient vital signs, to CPSP intake assessments, billing, front and back office, working in a hospital setting as a Registrar/ED (Admissions) and as a Referral Coordinator. 

Norma feels a sense of accomplishment every day after work. Her goal is to make it easier for the patients during the referral and scheduling process.  

Norma's favorite words to live by are: Smile and you will see how much of a difference it makes in other people's lives. Random Acts of Kindness should be the norm and it is what the world needs. 


Jane
Surgery Scheduler

Jane graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She then went on to receive a Designated Subjects Teaching Credential in Computer Applications, Business Management and Office Occupations. Her exposure to health care began at an early age from family and she knew that by joining the heath care field she could help improve and make a real difference in a person's quality of life, and in the lives of their families. Health care and business paralleled throughout her career and work experience orchestrating, overseeing, and/or supporting physicians, personnel, operations, and initiatives at practices, clinics, and departments to ensure the provision of world-class client care. Working with Beach Cities Ear, Nose, Throat gives Jane the opportunity to be an instrumental part of a great team that provides the highest level of ear, nose and throat care to patients in need and in contributing to a healthier world. Jane and her husband live in the South Bay area and together with their grown children love to travel internationally and domestically. Her hobbies include various activities in performing arts, martial arts, culinary arts, arts and crafts. Jane is quadrilingual and speaks English, Spanish, Tagalog and Ilocano.


Omar
Medical Assistant

Omar has always loved to help people since he was a kid. Omar used to volunteer in Green Peace in school. After he graduated high school, he decided that the best way to help people was to join the medical field. He enjoys the science in how the human body works. It is the best feeling in the world when you are taking care of a patient that is really sick and then they return saying how much better they feel. Joining BCENTS was the best decision, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Omar likes to think of himself as a very colorful person that likes to laugh. Omar is very family oriented and has many pets. He loves to express himself through arts and crafts.


Blanca
Medical Assistant

Blanca has always wanted to be in the medical field. She has the passion for helping people and making them feel better. It makes her very happy when she knows the patient she has helped goes home with a smile on their face and feeling better than when (he, she) first came in.

Blanca chose BCENTS because she wanted to learn something different. She has worked everywhere from Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports Medicine and Allergy.

Ear, Nose and Throat was a practice that she has not worked before in her 20 plus years of experience.

She loves working with her amazing doctors and co-workers.

She is blessed to be able to help all of her patients.


Natalie
Medical Assistant

Natalie from a young age wanted to be in the medical field she enjoys making a positive impact on patients' health. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. She is an inspiring Physician Assistant (PA), hopes to be in primary care, pediatric facial maxillofacial, or OBGYN. She enjoys baking cakes, visiting new coffee shops, and exercising at the gym.


Steven
Medical Assistant

Steven earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Human Biology from the University of California, Merced. He is pursuing a career as a physician, driven by his passion for guiding patients through some of life's most challenging moments. Committed to lifelong learning, he looks forward to the ongoing growth and challenges in the medical field. Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and girlfriend.


Felipe
Medical Assistant

Felipe has been drawn to medicine and the sciences from a very young age. He is deeply passionate about patient care and giving back to his community. He is a graduate of The University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences. His desire is to continue growing and serving patients, with his ultimate goal of attending medical school. Outside of work he enjoys playing the guitar, reading and watching film, and spending time with family and friends.
