Rose Eapen, M.D.

Rose Eapen, MD, is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat specialist (ENT) with experience and additional training in pediatric otolaryngology. Dr. Eapen joined Beach Cities ENTs in September of 2024 bringing her practice into the group.

Dr. Eapen attended New York University as a Samuel F. Morse Honors Scholar. She received a Bachelor of Science in Neural Science, cum laude. She matriculated to Duke University for medical school where she met and married her husband.

Dr. Eapen completed a prestigious NIH T32 research training program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill as a part of her otolaryngology residency. She continued her education with pediatric otolaryngology fellowship with Dr. Amelia Drake. As a result of her dedication to teaching, she was invested in the AOA honor society.

Following her training, she joined the faculty of Head and Neck Surgery and Communication Sciences at Duke University as an Assistant Professor. There she taught medical students and residents while leading a high volume diverse academic practice. She has inspired many medical students to pursue otolaryngology and pediatric otolaryngology, in particular. Dr. Eapen and her partner founded the Aerodigestive team at Duke University and participated in the Vascular Malformations clinic. While at Duke, she partnered with her colleagues in the NICU, PICU and pediatric wards to help care for children with a variety of complex medical conditions.

Dr. Eapen is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology (AAO) and the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology (ASPO). She has published in many prominent otolaryngology journals and presented her research widely.

Dr. Eapen is thrilled to provide comprehensive, evidence-based otolaryngology services to patients in Southern California.
